snow!

We had some really rare, pretty, thick mid-day snow last weekend.  And the best part – it didn’t stick and cause driving madness and ruin my productivity for the day (of course, I probably would have thought differently if Jackson had been with me for the day).  There was a good 30 minutes of beautiful white snow…more than enough time for me to go outside with my big honkin’ Nikon camera and make a fool of myself. :)

You can’t really see the snow in this pic, but I loved the branches against the gray sky.  Is it weird that I love this tree more in the winter when it’s all bare and branchy?

Yes, I totally set up the self-timer and got a pic of myself in the snow. You have to get a snowy hair pic!!

We might get some snow this weekend – on Christmas even!  I would love to get just a little bit to enjoy with Jackson. :)
