Here are some little things that are making me smile this (quite productive) weekend :)
jewels + subtle lace. Finally pulling my outfit together for my friend’s wedding in the Dominican Republic in a couple of months.
Speaking of the wedding… scored a cute clutch at TJ Maxx!
And speaking of TJ Maxx, found a ton of stuff there the other night (I finally hit up the new one in Gtown), including this delish red pillow for my bed. I’ve never been able to find THE perfect shade of red until this one, and the ruffles are just icing on the boudoir-ish cake.

This candleholder was a clearance find at Target yesterday…. for $4!!!
And scored this at TJ Maxx for $10! It’s going to be part of my final mantle décor, but not sure how everything will fit together yet. If only I could find a knockoff version (that’s not a DIY) of the Pottery Barn Eagan mirror that I am seriously lusty for…
And, my favorite, favorite thing from this weekend – my new swing! I’ve had this thing in the box for two years!! Sitting in my garage, taunting me with its promises of serene backyard swingin’. Much thanks to David for helping me put it together :) Coming soon for the backyard too … a fence! (and hopefully some grass for that awful dirt-pit - haha!)
