Halloween

Halloween is getting more and more fun each year as Jackson understands and enjoys the holiday more. This year we had fun with pumpkin carving, preschool events, and trick or treating with friends!

Time for trick or treating on the big night!  He was constantly in ninja pose, complete with sound effects like “hiyyyaaaaa!” and “schhhiinngggg!” 

The pumpkin didn’t stand a chance.

So a pirate, a transformer, a ladybug, and a ninja walk into a yard…. let the trick or treating begin!

Meeting Darth Vader – how cool!

There was a great swapping of accessories, and Jackson became a pirate-ninja hybrid for a while.

This was a constant scene – Jackson & C. running ahead, us yelling at them to slow down. Those boys have this trick or treating thing down this year!

We ended the night warming up at our friends’ home, and watching the Shrek Halloween special before bedtime :)  What a great Halloween, and so happy we could share it with dear friends!
