We have had a super fun weekend – Amy & Nate came in for a visit, and we made a trip to the pumpkin patch on Friday (I took the day off of work – yay!). We had a session with a photographer, so we’ll have some pics soon. It was a bit on the cold side, and slightly muddy from all the recent rain. And Jackson decided to have one tantrum after another because he couldn’t run all over the farm as he wanted (so it turned out to be quite a workout for me). But he did seem to really take a liking to the pumpkins – he kept picking them up and moving them, and he loved walking through the store full of all sizes of pumpkins. In contrast, Nate was super chill and totally smiley (and I was so jealous!!! haha). Can’t wait to see the pics though!! :)
Since Jackson was in meltdown mode by the time we finished with the pictures, I didn’t get a chance to buy any of the pumpkins. So later that evening we picked some up at the grocery store. Jackson was still very excited to check out all the different sizes, and loved having two just-his-size ones with him in the cart. 
When we took them home, he was very eager to help me put them out front. But then he decided his two small ones should go somewhere else…
