We celebrated Christmas Eve with my family – with dinner and opening gifts in the evening. (It was also Dustin’s birthday – happy 18th!) Everyone was there except Timothy – he was in CA with his dad’s side of the family; we missed him!

This is Jackson’s time out spot – on the stairs (he sometimes decides to lay down). I can’t remember if he was actually in time out, or if he just put himself there. Anyway, Nathan decided to close the gate and put Jackson in the “cage.”

We ended the evening by choosing which cookies to leave out for Santa (the supuer-sugar-covered ones of course!) and putting the boys to bed (Nathan stayed the night, along with Melinda & Angie!). Whew! – then rest/relax time for the grown-ups! :)
