Last weekend we had a fun-filled Saturday – we went to the Lowell fall festival and the pumpkin patch!

Yummmmmm ….. Hillbillies BBQ sandwiches, hot dogs, and FREE Sundrop! (A Sundrop bottling location is close to my house in Lowell, and they were giving away soda at the festival!)
And – we didn’t realize it at the time, but a picture with Jackson and me in it ended up in the paper!

Jackson face-planted a few times sliding out of the s’worm slide (I managed to catch this shot directly prior to him ACTUALLY eating dirt). It didn’t deter him at all though, and he kept right on s’worming.
He loved the big sandbox with trucks! A boy’s dream…..
We had good fun, but our outings did end abruptly with a mega tantrum, before we even had a chance to pick out pumpkins. Overall a good day though!
