Some funny stuff my little guy has said recently…

“Mira!”  -- my Dora & Diego lovin’ boy exclaimed when he saw the snow.

“I’m so disappointed.” –in the car… kinda came up out of the blue, but this is one of the phrases I use sometimes with him when he’s not behaving so nicely.

“Mommy, you’re the BEST.”  -- with a hug.  unsolicited.  ADORABLE.

“I was worried about you today, Mommy.”   -- he’s started saying this one every now and then.  It’s sort of melancholy, and I’m not sure if he really means it literally, or if it’s more of a I was thinking about you or I missed you sentiment instead.  Either way …. cute.

At Christmas, Jackson asked me about other holidays – “What is Kwanzaa?”  “What is a menorah?”  Out of the blue one night!  I adore his curiosity. :)

J:  “Is my daddy my cousin?”
Me:  “No, he’s just your daddy.”
J:  “Yes he is!  Sometimes my daddy IS my cousin.”

“I’m so proud of you!” – J said to me after I played a round on his Moose & Zee alphabet search app on his iPod.
